Wedding Logistics, a.k.a. Wedding Day Director
Andrea Bell Events Wedding Logistics Package is a "day of" wedding coordination service for couples who have planned their dream wedding and need an event professional to ensure that their plans are executed flawlessly and on-time.
- We will meet with you four to six weeks prior to your wedding to discuss your plans, review your vendor contracts, tie up loose ends, and create a wedding day schedule and reception floor plan.
- As needed, we will schedule additional meetings with you and/or your vendors and your wedding site.
- At least two weeks prior to the event, the schedule and floor plan will be reviewed with all your vendors and distributed to the wedding party and all sets of parents.
- On-site, we will direct all vendors in load-in, set-up, and load-out, coordinate volunteer staff, set-up and break-down displays, and provide “stage management” of your program. Your wedding day will be supervised from start-to-finish.
- Ceremony and rehearsal coordination services are included in this package. Pricing for 2007 starts at $1,695
Wedding Logistics Plus, a.k.a. Wedding Day Director with Extras
Andrea Bell Events Wedding Logistics Plus Package adds your choice of upgrades to the Wedding Logistics Package. Upgrade choices include: design consultation; budget, planning, and organization; site selection; and, vendor recommendations and hiring coordination.Pricing for 2007 starts at $2,195
Full-Service Wedding Design and Management
Andrea Bell Events Full-Service Wedding Design and Management includes consultation on planning, budget, design and production of your event, as well as advance and day-of logistics management. From site selection to picking the perfect party favor, you’ll have our full creative and administrative services behind you. How do we do it?
- After an initial consultation, we put you on a monthly planning schedule, create and monitor your budget, and get you organized.
- We help you design your wedding, and incorporate the style in every wedding element.
- We assemble and direct your team of wedding professionals: recommending three or more vendors per category, coordinating vendor selection, and supervising all vendors in the execution of their contract.
- We offer assistance with resort and hotel room blocks, save-the-date and invitation mailing coordination, seating arrangements and place cards. If you choose, we may also manage your guest list, plan wedding weekend activities, welcome gifts and other hospitality.
- We create your wedding day schedule and update it following every change, however minor.
- We’re there with you at your rehearsal and on your wedding day, directing activity, handling emergencies should they arise, and keeping things on schedule. Pricing for 2007 starts at $5,995
